DESCRIPTION:Every ballet class\, Prekinder\, and Kinderdance class invites you to bring your adult (Daddy\, Pop-Pop\, brother\, family friend\, or Mom (not same age or younger sibling please)) to dance! If you are not enrolled in a ballet class\, please email us at encoredanceacademyde@gmail.com and we will let you know an appropriate ballet class to go to.\n\n\n\nIf the younger dancers would like to leave after the ballet portion of the class\, they can\, or they can stay. Sometimes it’s hard for the little ones to stay once their adult leaves.\n\n\nWe will do stretches\, center floor\, progressions\, and dance together at the end. Moms (non-dancing adults) can sit around the room and take pictures and videos for memories.\n\n\n\nThis is one of our favorite weeks of the year!

DESCRIPTION:This is our first round of recital meetings.  We will discuss what to expect\, how recital runs\, dates\, and costs.  Once we have all of the meetings\, you will receive an email that will have your dancer(s) names\, what dance classes they are registered for\, and what show each dance is in.  Please\, please\, please look at this document\, and if there is an error in your dancer’s classes\, we really need to know immediately so we can make the change. \nThere will be a link that every family will need to fill out.  We cannot stress the importance of this.  This is where you will let us know if your dancer will be performing in the recital\, and if they will be doing all registered dances.  If they are NOT doing all registered dances\, there will be a section to let us know which ones they will be performing in. \nWhile we do attempt to measure every dancer\, sometimes there are absences\, etc\, and we aren’t able to.  There will be a place for you to put your dancer’s street size.  We need to know numbers if at all possible.. like child 10/12\, etc. \nWe will do a quick 10-15 minute at the end of each class and request that one parent attends. \n  \nhttps://form.jotform.com/242874691766170 \n

SUMMARY:Winter Wonderland Registration Begins!
DESCRIPTION:Winter Wonderland registration has opened!  Click HERE to register! \nOur Holiday show will be optional and require dancers to commit to just 6 Sunday rehearsals for participation. Dancers can perform in 1-2 dances depending on age/level.  Dancers will learn these dances on 6 Sundays\, spread throughout October and November\, and NOT in their regular classes.  Each rehearsal is 30 minutes and is held at the BEAR studio.  This is a very popular show for our tiny dancers! If this is their first year\, they can participate!  All recreational dancers are welcome to participate.  It is a great show if you don’t want to wait until June to hit the stage\, but as a reminder- this show should be supplemental and not take the place of the June recital.  If you need to make a choice\, we strongly recommend the June show as your dancer has been working all year vs. six short weeks.  Our performance and elite teams will also dance in this show.  Santa will make an appearance and we will have a bazaar\, photos\, a holiday shop\, vendors\, amazing costumes\, and a lot of happiness! \n  \nShow date: Sunday\, December 8th\, 2024\nLocation: St. Mark’s High School
