Do you want to have extra performance opportunities?  Then we invite you to come to one of our open auditions for the Encore Performance Team!  These auditions are to place the dancers on an appropriate team. If your child wants more chances to perform but can’t commit to the time or financial requirements of a Competitive team, then this program is perfect for you! Dancers in this program will perform in the Winter Wonderland Show, a few retirement home performances, a parade, and various other performances that may come up during the season! Winter Wonderland

The Winter Wonderland show will be on Sunday, December 8th at St. Marks High School.  Rehearsal times and show times will be communicated as we get closer. Winter Wonderland Show – Encore Dance Academy (encoredanceacademyde.com)    

Costume Payments Due

All costume payments for the June recital are due by Saturday, December 14th.  Payments can be made for costumes at any time via your portal.  Just email the studio and let us know that you have made an additional payment that should go towards costumes.

Encore Elite Showcase

St. Marks High School 2501 Pike Creek Road, Wilmington, DE, United States

This event is open to all encore family and friends! It is closed to dancers at other competitive studios just because we don’t like our choreo being shown prior to the season. The show is on  January 26th at 4:00 at St. Marks and is for all Elite teams to showcase their dances for the first time! We hope you will join us and help support our elite dancers as we enter the season!!!

Recital Meeting Week

It is recital meeting week!  Please make sure to be in attendance for the last 10 minutes of the class so we can bring parents in and go over important items. Ticket sale dates for Seniors is April 3rd, for the rest of the studio, ticket sales are April 7th at 4 PM.  PLEASE pay attention to these dates. Do not try to buy tickets the week of recitals as some sell out. More details to come in the meetings.

In-Studio Dress Rehearsal

In-studio dress rehearsal for Monday dancers only - this is due to being closed on Monday, May 26th.  Dancers will come to class in their costumes, with all accessories, correct shoes, tights, hair etc. Please see the recital page for more information https://encoredanceacademyde.com/recital-information/
