Thursday, June 5th, is the ON STAGE dress rehearsal for SHOW 1.  Show 1 is Saturday at 1pm- arrival at 12:30 pm All dancers are expected to be on time and dressed in their first costume.  Only one parent can attend the dress rehearsal with their dancer – they are otherwise CLOSED. Dancers should arrive at St. Mark's at 5:00 pm.  We will start promptly at 5:30.    It will be marked where each group should be sitting, so they are in close proximity to one another  

The Newark Friday recital will start promptly at 6:00 pm.  All dancers should come to St. Mark's dressed in their first costume, hair and makeup ready.  We will do a quick run-through on stage before the show starts, starting with the younger dancers so they know where their spots are.  This will be a shorter show than the Sunday Main show. Dancers will stay backstage through the show, come out for their final bow, and then be dismissed from the gym, youngest to oldest.  One parent/guardian should come to the doors of the dressing room, and we will release the...

Dancers will stay backstage the entire show, come out for their final bow, and awards.  We will dismiss youngest to oldest from the gym.  Please give our backstage moms a few minutes to gather your dancers and their belongings.  ONE parent/guardian should come to the gym doors to collect your child and their belongings.

Auditions for our Ensemble and Elite teams.  All auditions will be at the Bear studio. Important: One parent/guardian must attend one of the MANDATORY parent meetings, which will be held on Monday, June 16th.  One Meeting at noon, the other meeting at 5pm.  We cannot stress the importance of coming to a meeting.  While most information is written in a packet, there is a LOT of info.  We have found that when parents attend the meeting, there is less confusion as the season goes on.  Please be sure to fill out the form prior to the audition.  Audition Form 11...
